Your AI, on your terms.

True Convo is a personal AI app for the Mac. You stay in the driver's seat: your conversations and memory live on your own computer, and nothing goes to an outside AI service unless you say so.

In development. Not available yet.

What it is

A conversation home where you talk things through with an AI that remembers what matters to you.
Dictation that works anywhere you can type on your Mac.
Tools that fit how you work, not the other way around.

A first look

This is the Desk, True Convo's conversation home, as it looks in today's preview build. The details are made up and the replies are demo replies; no AI model is connected yet.

The True Convo Desk: a list of sessions on the left, a conversation in the middle, and the session's intent on the right. — A conversation, with your sessions on the left and what the session is for on the right.

The Chosen memories screen: pick a folder, type a detail to remember, and save it. — Chosen memories: you decide exactly what True Convo remembers, folder by folder.

What we promise

Local first. Your conversations and memory stay on your Mac. Dictation runs on your Mac too, unless you choose a cloud dictation service.
You approve. Using a cloud AI model, spending money or sharing anything needs your OK first.
No outside sign-in required. You won't need a ChatGPT or other account to use it.
No ads, and we don't sell your data.
